The Ninth Doctor was accompanied by Rose Taylor from contempory London. During the latter part of their travels, they were also accompanied by Captain Jack, from the 51st century whose, um, openess sometimes bothered Rose. Captain Jack was killed by the daleks when they inavded Earth in 200,100 AD but was revived by Bad Wolf when the Time Vortex was unleashed on the daleks. He failed to rejoin the Doctor and Rose before the TARDIS left that time zone.
